About Oblation Papers & Press

ob.la.tion/ o-bley-shuhn : n. a gift or offering Oblation Papers & Press was founded by husband-and-wife duo, Jennifer and Ron Rich. The couple began selling their handmade paper goods at the Eugene Saturday Market in 1989, printing by letterpress in 1994, then opened their brick & mortar store in Portland's Pearl District in 1998. Since its inception, the store continues to bring handmade papers from around the globe to the local community. We carry a wide assortment of stationery, pens and pencils, notebooks and journals, office supplies, refurbished typewriters, and gifts.
