Returns
Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and handling fees, as well as gift wrap, are non-refundable.
Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be issued to your credit or debit card upon receipt of returned merchandise.
We do not accept returns of personalized items, dated planners, sale items, engaged pens, or holiday merchandise.
