Free USA Domestic Delivery On Orders Over $150
The majority of orders will be shipped via USPS. Most items are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) of order placement.
Please note that holiday seasons can increase shipping time estimates. View shipping deadline for holiday periods.
A card or small flat item will be shipped using USPS forever stamps at $2.00 without a tracking number.
Orders containing small items, such as a few cards, a washi tape, or small pen, will ship at $6 ground shipping with a tracking number.
Many orders, such as pens, multiple cards, or gifts, will be shipped USPS flat rate at $11.
Large items, such as puzzles and gift wrap, will be shipped USPS flat rate $17. If the items in your order are over 12 inches or 4 pounds, it will be shipped by FedEx. A street address must be provided as FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Our expedited shipping option is via FedEx 2-day. This is after our 1-2 business day order processing time. Shipping is priced using the weights above, with an additional $25. Once FedEx picks up your package, the shipping and delivery status will no longer be under our control. Expedited shipping is only available in the continental United States. It is not available to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and other United States territories.
Your credit or debit card information will only be used to process your order and will not be retained after order fulfillment. Transactions are secure and encrypted through Stripe. We gladly accept all major credit cards for payment.
Free standard shipping will be applied to all orders over $150.
Kindly note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
To complete your order, we require
Upon order placement, an automatic email is sent to your email address confirming your order. Upon order fulfillment, a second email will be sent to you stating that your package has shipped and will provide a tracking number. If you are placing an order for in-store pickup, a second email will be sent stating that it is ready to be picked up.
All typewriters ship via FedEx. Typewriters are returnable if they are damaged in transit - we will provide a call tag to send it back to our store and issue a full refund. If you change your mind on a typewriter, shipping responsibility is on the customer and we will refund the cost of the typewriter (excludes shipping cost).
