You can customize it to suit your needs and enjoy recording your daily life throughout the notebook. The set includes a base cover, refills, and accessories that make life logging easy for anyone. The cover uses a highly transparent clear material, making it not only stain-resistant, but also allowing you to customize the cover by inserting photos or postcards into the pocket.

The included refills consist of five sheets each of three types:

• "Refill Block," a four-section refill ideal for diaries and reviews;
• "Refill Grid 2mm," a 2mm grid refill that allows for easy organization by category and writing small letters;
• and "Refill Grid Daily," a highly flexible refill with a month, day of the week, and date format at the top that makes it easy to number dates.

In addition to the refills, there are three paper index sheets that can be used to divide pages or as markers, and one of each of three colors of windowed paper envelope pockets with lids that can hold small items such as stickers for easy carrying.

"Refill Block" is recommended for daily journaling as each page is divided into four sections. It has a space to write the date and a weather mark, making it easy to record daily events.

"Refill Grid 2mm" has a 2mm grid that makes it easy to write small letters. You can write the date and a simple title on the left and the record on the right. There is a guide for the line that divides the left and right sides, and you can divide one page into seven equal parts by drawing a line horizontally along the dots. This format can be used for short journal entries, meeting notes, and even movie and book reviews. The

"Refill Grid Daily" features a highly flexible 5mm grid. You can mark dates by circling them in the format at the top, which displays the month, day of the week, and date, allowing you to use one page per day, or one entry per page. You can also write a title in the space to the left of the date.

The cover has a separate front and back cover, eliminating the need for a spine, and like a ring notebook, the cover can be folded 360° for compact use. This shape is convenient for use in limited spaces such as a desk at home. The refills have slotted ring holes and can be removed and replaced from the four rings at the top and bottom of the main body. To remove refills from the rings, pull up either the top or bottom edge vertically, removing about three refills at a time.

It comes in three colors: greige, light pink, and sky blue.
