Imperfect Concepts is a one-of-a-kind journaling experience started in Los Angeles in 2025. Made one at a time using premium vegetable-tanned vachetta leather, sourced from Florence, Italy. Every Imperfect Concepts cover is individually cut, finished, assembled, and detailed entirely by hand.

All paints used are custom-mixed from pigments, making each journal a truly one-of-a-kind work of functional art. To maintain our commitment to minimizing waste, we don't cut around imperfections in a hide; we cut through them. We want to honor the life the animal lived and stay true to our namesake - imperfect.
