About Oblation Papers & Press

ob.la.tion/ o-bley-shuhn : n. a gift or offering Oblation Papers & Press was founded by husband-and-wife duo, Jennifer and Ron Rich. The couple began selling their handmade paper goods at the Eugene Saturday Market in 1989, printing by letterpress in 1994, then opened their brick & mortar store in Portland's Pearl District in 1998. Since its inception, the store has continued to bring handmade papers from around the globe to the local community. We carry an assortment of stationery, pens and pencils, notebooks and journals, office supplies, refurbished typewriters, and gifts.
